The company was developed by Philip DePalo who fell in love with outdoor and scuba-related pursuits. The company has humble beginnings starting with a small trailer to where we are now with multiple rental locations, a retail store, and an eCommerce website. We arrived early and the gentlemen (assuming owner and clerk) immediately processed us and got us out on the water within 20 minutes after doing some safety training and a quiz. The waters were not too bad, but we could feel the fall air kicking in.
