Truly an Amazing Experience!

I was nervous taking Paddle board yoga for the first time but I needn’t have been! I found it to be a peaceful and empowering experience.
Our instructor, Kelly Prochazkaor was positive, encouraging and made everyone feel comfortable. I loved how it combined strength, flexibility, and serenity all in one session. It was a perfect mix of fun and relaxation, and I left feeling refreshed, centered, and totally energized.

Highly recommend it to anyone looking to try something new and uplifting! Although the intent of this class is yoga it is also a great, non threatening environment for someone’s first experience on a paddle board!

My daughter absolutely loved her experience and it took everything to get her to leave on the final day! I had to promise to sign up again for 2024. Looking forward to another year of her excited for camp adventures!

Great time on the water. The staff is very knowledgeable and takes the time to go over safety and regulations. Definitely doing this again!

Can not recommend this enough. If you’re like me and you always love an official lesson or someone to show you proper technique it’s 100% worth the money. The techniques were easy to pick up and the view is absolutely gorgeous/stunning/beautiful.

Our instructor Charles was extremely sweet, easy to understand, and shared so many cool local ecology facts with us about Dundee Creek.

I’ve been back twice since my initial lesson and shared with many friends.

Sailing lesson was terrific! CJ did an excellent job making it accessible and I felt right at home when we got on the water. The river was wide and warm and beautiful, what a perfect day for it. Can’t wait to come back and try a solo sail!

Just completed the open water certification Eastern Watersports and the instructor Steve was very informative and professional if looking to learn to scuba dive I recommend Eastern im planning to do more courses with them.
